Abigail Sharp
Senior Director of Child Abuse Prevention

Abigail has worked in behavioral health, serving kids and families for more than ten years and is a licensed professional counselor in the State of Texas and a Trauma Based Relational Interventions Educator. She also teaches Human Growth and Development as an adjunct professor for National American University and has presented at national conferences on the topics of child abuse prevention and engaging families for long term change.

A native of Portland, Abigail has lived in Central Texas since 2012. She has both a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling from George Fox University as well as a Master’s Degree in Education from Concordia University. She is passionate about helping to strengthen families and when her staff members feel supported in their work and provide quality service to the families in Travis County, she has had a great day.
