Planet SAFE is a collaborative project of SAFE and Travis County that provides free supervised visitation and safe exchange services for eligible residents of Travis County.
Families who meet all the following criteria are eligible:
- A court order or a referral from a partnering agency
- Children in common
- A history or a documented incident of:
– Domestic violence
– Dating violence
– Sexual assault
– Stalking
– Child abuse - One parent is in fear of or needs protection from the other parent while complying with visitation/exchange provisions

We are conveniently located on SAFE’s Rathgeber Village Campus at 4800 Manor Rd, Austin, TX 78723.
Services are by appointment only (no walk ins).

Thursday: 12 p.m.– 3 p.m.
Friday: 12 p.m.– 3 p.m.

Sat: 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
Sun: 2 p.m.–8 p.m.
Mon: 4 p.m.–8 p.m.
