SAFE ensures the privacy of all donors both online and offline. We do not sell or share any personal donor information with any outside organizations; this includes credit card numbers, phone numbers, email addresses, physical addresses and all other forms of contact and payment information.
SAFE maintains personal information in a database for internal reasons such as thanking donors, record-keeping and to inform donors of organizational news, fundraising and events. The database used to store personal information is secure and access is restricted to only those employees who need the information for processing donations.
Our registration forms require users to give us contact information that may include name, email address, interests and similar information. We do not sell, trade, or share your email address or other information with any other organization or person. We do not request or store sensitive information from our visitors, such as credit card or social security numbers.
Internet protocol address
We collect an IP address from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, administer our site, analyze trends, track users’ movement, gather broad demographic information for aggregate use in order for us to improve the site, and deliver customized, personalized content. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.
All information provided to SAFE is transmitted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. We also protect account information by placing it on a secure portion of our site that is only accessible by certain qualified employees of SAFE. Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of such information.
Email addresses you enter
Email addresses that a user enters on Tributes pages are protected. SAFE does not collect these email addresses.
Our site contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website for which SAFE has no responsibility. We encourage you to read the privacy statements on all such sites as their policies may be different than ours.

We offer the following options for controlling how ads are targeted at you and how your data is used. Terms and Conditions
All payments are due upon receipt. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, the total cost of item, including shipping, will be refunded to the buyer by the seller. Shipping costs may double if shipping internationally. If an item is damaged during shipping, seller will not be held responsible.
Items are entitled to be refunded or returned based on complaint. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement item will be sent free of charge. If an item is unsatisfactory, a written explanation is needed before the item may be considered for a refund. Buyer must take into account the description of the item before requesting a refund. If the item matches the description by the seller and the buyer is unsatisfied, seller is not responsible for refund. Exchanges are granted on a case-by-case basis.
An item may be cancelled up until payment has been processed. Once payment has been processed, the buyer is responsible for payment.

The seller is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, the seller shares no responsibility.
