Rules and Regulations
By using this website, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these terms and conditions. SAFE reserves the right to change these rules and regulations from time to time at its sole discretion and to seek all remedies available by law in the case of any violation of these rules and regulations.
Photo Release
By purchasing a ticket, I hereby release the photographer from all claims, demands and liabilities whatsoever in connection with the photographs taken at SAFE’s Touch a Truck event on September 14, 2024. I understand that the images may be modified in any manner, and I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve any final product that uses my photographs.
Refund Policy
All ticket sales are final. SAFE will not issue refunds for any tickets purchased through this site.
Rain or Shine
Unless otherwise determined by SAFE, all events are considered RAIN or SHINE. No refunds will be given due to inclement weather.
Performers/Particular Trucks/Artists/Acts/Players Subject to Change
Performers, Particular Trucks, Artists, Acts, Players are subject to change or cancellation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if any performer, artist, act, player or any other scheduled performance, person or group is changed or canceled and the event still occurs.
Cancelled/Postponed Events
Occasionally, this event is canceled or postponed. Should this occur, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of refund or exchange procedures for the event. For exact instructions on any canceled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us. If a refund is issued, then SAFE will give you a refund by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket, and the holder of the ticket will not be able to physically present it for a refund.
