UTMB COVID-19 Family Violence & Safety Survey

The Center for Violence Prevention (CVP) at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) wants to hear from you about how the coronavirus pandemic has impacted safety and needs related to violence and abuse. Please consider taking the brief and anonymous Texas coronavirus safety survey at the link below.

You are eligible to take this survey if you are 18 or older and

  1. a staff member of any agency in Texas helping survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, human trafficking, or any other type of violence or harm
  2. a potential, current, or past client of any agency in Texas helping survivors of domestic violence, child abuse, sexual assault, human trafficking, or any other type of violence or harm.

At the end of the survey, you will find a link to enter your contact information for a drawing for a $20 Amazon gift card. Data from this survey will be shared with stakeholders and agencies across the state to help people during this time.
